10/10 recommend!!! As a woman, I'm aware that I'm generally ignorant about cars, and in the past have had mechanics try and take advantage because of that. I don't get that here. Ever. If you're looking for a mechanic who won't mess with you. 100% come here. These guys are blunt, straight shooters, and wonderful mechanics. Once, when Reed was trying to explain something about my car and could tell that I had no clue what he was talking about, rather than just smile and tell me not to worry about it etc. he literally had me walk with him under my car to point out the mechanics so I would know exactly how it worked and what he was talking about. They even offer to drop you off back in town and pick you up if you have somewhere else to be or if it's going to be a longer wait. Hearts of gold.

I’ve had great experiences here. I call, set up an appointment, bring the car in; they find the problem, fix the car, and charge a fair price. 👌

Wow came here because of a recommendation from another mechanic. Showed up after they opened only to be greeted by a very upset and visibly agitated mechanic with the name tag that said Reed. Complaining about how busy he is and how he is by himself. I never got a chance to explain the reason I was at he's shop. I just left! Nice way to chase away business R&S Automotive.

I've sent multiple family members to Reed and all have had positive experiences. I appreciate his genuine, honest, and down to earth demeanor, and that I can trust his desire to give me honest and fair service

I have had family members take vehicles in and every time it has turned out less then stellar. They get the work done, no doubt about that, but customer service. Holy crap, it leaves so much to be desired. As a business I could never imagine treating customers the way the manager Reed talks to people. Its honestly plain disgusting. I wouldn't even call it lack customer service, but lack of human decency/respect. Do better.
