I came here because the tire prices looked cheaper than other shops, and they even offered installation at a lower cost. At first, it seemed like a good deal — but it turned into a nightmare. During installation, they replaced one of my new tires with an old one. When I went back and confronted them, they denied it at first. Later, they messed up my tire sensors, and I found out they had removed them. Then, they tried to charge me again for new sensors — around $200 more.I’ve had to visit this shop around 10 times, traveling over 30 miles each way, and every time they come up with a new story instead of fixing the issue properly. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. I brought my vehicle in to have all four tires replaced, and the very next day my check engine light came on. I went to AutoZone, where a diagnostic scan indicated a sensor-related issue. My check engine light has never been on before, and the vehicle only has 36,000 miles. I contacted the shop to explain the situation, not to place blame. I understand that things can happen during routine service. However, the manager immediately stated that they “didn’t do anything” to my vehicle and made no effort to offer assistance or inspect the car. I recently visited Racine Tire and Service and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, honest, and efficient. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had my car back on the road faster than expected. Fair pricing and quality work. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

They have good hours plus very helpful and friendly. They sell used and new tires and provide other services. I believe they are honest because I had a nail in the outside of my tire and he told me that because it was on the outside the plug has 50% chance of working. They recommended replacing the tire. He looked at the other tires and said the tires were still good. He said if you replace the one replace it with a used one. He said if I buy a new one I should replace all four. We chose the used option. $50 with the other charges it came to $69. The used tire came with a warranty. $20 for a plug. Give them a try. I think you will be pleased. They also have sales so check them out.

I came in for a used tire replacement for a older car, the manager Will was a big help very informative and friendly, Comparable price around town but with great customer service, a few days later had a small shake in the tire and without wait or question they got me right in and checked it out no problem. Highly recommended if on a budget and just need quick but quality friendly work done.
