Been here many times and have to say this was the worst one. I pulled in around 12:20pm and got done at 3:34 pm. When they checked me in I was told 2 hours. I also had a competitors coupon. Was told that if they could not use it that he would try to do 30 off my price. I asked for them to let me know. I sat there for 3 hours so I assumed that everything was ok. It wasn't when I checked out I was told the price and I asked about the coupon. Said they can't use it. I told them that they were supposed to come and tell me. Then I asked about the 30 dollars off and I was blown off. Don't know if I will be back

Always very friendly and welcoming. Have been coming here since I bought my car in 2017.
