Ruffino Express Automotive Repair

We had our broken rear window replaced by Ruffino Express Automotive (Quality Auto Glass). It was nice to have them arrive at our house on time. They did a quick, professional job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for auto glass replacement.

Great service and very thorough! They were able to get all of my warranty work done correctly the first time and I haven't had any issues after picking my vehicle back up. I like that Ruffino's is direct and honest about what they find and see as well as their recommendations. Will be bringing all of my vehicles back in the future!

I can’t say enough good things bout this crew, and the amazing service they provided me. Liz went out of her way to make sure my car was taken care of, at a more than reasonable price. And Rita was nice enough to give me a ride to pick up and drop off my rental. When enterprise wouldn’t based simply off of, it being a seven mile trip. Which is only two miles past what they offer and them not being able to honor my reservation at the closer location. They even gave me excellent advice, on purchasing a car in the future, the do’s and don’ts of buying. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future, and I’d suggest anyone else does too.❤️

Took my vehicle here and have had nothing but issues with it ever since. They overcharged me for quite a few things and charged me for things that didn't need to get done. Not only that but they diagnosed other potential "issues". Took my vehicle to another place to get a second opinion and they found none of the same issues that ruffino reported. I absolutely do not trust them. I recommend you take your vehicles elsewhere.
