Matt was professional and very timely from the moment we stopped in to get an estimate , until the repairs were made on our equipment and all through the payment process. He communicated and kept us undated on any issues and met all of our expectations. We will be recommending Rush/Matt and should the need arise in the future we will be calling on him again. If you are an owner operator, avoid this location. They could care less about your time or business. They were very disorganized. I brought my truck in for minor repairs to my hood. My truck was in this shop for a month! My truck sat for over a week before they FINALLY even completed the estimate. I guess they expect the customer to have patience and lose money because they are not adequately staffed. They shouldn’t accept jobs if they can’t repair them in a timely manner. They don’t communicate updates while your vehicle is being repaired. I had to contact them repeatedly to check on my truck. They didn’t even tell me that my truck was ready, I had to find that out on my own. Everybody there blames their fellow coworkers for their lack of communication. This was the worst experience ever
