I stopped in hoping to get help with my lift gate that was stuck down but a gentleman informed me they couldn’t help and didn’t know anyone who could BUT then a very nice woman walked up and directed me to go to Utility right next door, so I did. They got me up and rolling within 30 minutes. Thank you to the wonderful lady at the service department!!

Huge shout out to Jake and staff at Rush Truck Centers in Idaho Falls for going above and beyond what they needed to do for us. Jake and the others spent a long time helping us get our Sprinter van back on the road even though our vehicle is too small for their mechanics to fix. (They specialize in commercial trucks.) He made calls around town on our behalf. The service counter coordinator also made a call to her mechanic to see what they could do. Their mechanic also shimmed himself under the vehicle to take a look. Jake researched the most common problem is, and did what he could do there, then told us what more to do and where to go. They all really came through for us when they didn’t need to. Most grateful for their time and compassion to help us as we make our way back home to Michig

I'll tell you what I have dealt with a lot of un-seasoned parts people in my day, but Rush has got it going on. Zack Johnson is the extra most best-est service parts guy and retail parts guy around. Easy to deal with, helpful and quick to help find what you're needing. WILL BE BACK AGAIN! :D

All in all he helped turn a tough situation into a quick turnaround and got me back on the road faster than expected. Great place with a great staff. This is how a business should run. Very customer first and knowledgeable. They also have a tech that is nationally recognized and awarded.
