Rush Truck Centers - Jefferson City

These people are absolutely terrible and are a total sham! Do not trust them! They ordered me the wrong parts, charged me for them and then wouldn't do anything to resolve the issue and get me the correct parts. Worst communication I have ever had!!!!

Did me right, took care of repairs in a very timely manner, advised of further needs, free soda and snack, even welcomed my little dogs... all the staff had a lovely attitude... don't know about pricing (the boss paid it, and he didn't share the info)

Great service. Jason really helped out with our situation. It's important issues like this that customers will always remember when it comes time to purchasing more equipment, and from which franchise will be purchased from. Rush has showed their dedication to their customers needs.

i was on i-70 and got a problem in my truck thanks god i managed to reach there and these guys are fast and professional and they have a small decent lounge with coffee overall was good thank you guys

Terrible communication, borderline price gouging, (dishonest at best) schedule not kept or communicated by service department Awful all around
