5-stars for a couple of reasons. Rowdy in mobile service is TOP NOTCH. Friendly, shows up in a timely manner and will stay late to make sure the job is done right. Very smart on bus issues, and great on trucks. Kim in parts is amazing, too! She is very knowledgeable in her department and when it comes to bus parts she is the only person to talk to there. Have to shout out Richard in bus sales, too. The guy is great to work with and easy to talk to. He treats us right! Great customer service from these 3 mentioned above. Rush would be doing the school community a disservice if they lost Rowdy, Richard or Kim.

My absolute very last option ill go anywhere else for truck parts before I go here. Quoted me for parts and said they'd be on the counter then when I get here every door is locked and nobody answers the phone. Consistently lacking in the parts department and have been for years, long lines and parts employees that dont know how to use their computers and close the store 2 hours early on weekdays.

I just have nothing to say, but thank you to Todd Herbner. He is the best salesman that I have ever met, 100% reliable guy, and the best support that I ever got before and after the purchase. If you are thinking about buying a new truck, your first truck or the next one, no doubt about it, find Todd, he would support you and guide through the process with the true. I am highly recommended don’t go this shop. My driver showed the coolant pipe leaking they charged us $400 for diagnostic fees. Everybody see the whole on pipe leaking.they are unprofessional mechanic and service advisor its totally scam this shop. DO NOT GO THIS SHOP.

This one of the worst rush centers I been to ever I went in for a mirror was told they would let me know what parts they’ll need and have a look in turn they ended up replacing my entire passenger mirror ripping me off and charging me 1,300 dollars for a 5 minute job then the job was complete truck was sitting parked no communication no one contacted me or anything I had to go and find out for myself the job was complete after sitting there for 3 hrs if your not broke down or in a emergency wouldn’t recommend ‼️‼️
