Please do not waste time with this team, non responsive and sloppy service, do not recommend

We LOVE Russ Thomas Insurance. They always get us the best rates. Kirstin is always responsive, helpful and SOOOO friendly!!!! We are constantly making changes to our plans b/c we have a large family that is growing and such. She is always so patient. In fact, if she doesn't answer when I call, I wait and call back later. She is amazing and so is the entire insurance process with them!!!

I went here because my mother had insurance with them for 10+ years without any problems. Unfortunately my experience was very different. They cancelled my policy twice without any notification or explanation as to why. Also they didn't make any efforts to rectify the problem. I would not recommend them to anyone which is sad because I usual to hold them in the highest regard.

Kiersten was very helpful with updating my current auto policy. She took all my questions in stride and was very knowledgeable about the process for policy changes. Thank you again for all your patience, Kiersten!

I have waited for a response to an issue I had for weeks. After calling 3 times. Also was signed up for a commercial policy without my knowledge and when I was told it would be taken care of for me they would fix it. I received a collections notice. I Highly recommend you run from this establishment.
