Russell Speeders Car Wash of Norwalk

Took my car through the wash today and was impressed by how quickly and thoroughly everything got cleaned. Their washing machine works fast without sacrificing quality - the whole process was efficient from start to finish. The car came out looking great, and I appreciated that they don't compromise on results even with the quick turnaround. Good value for the price.

So this is how my car end up every time I go to this place to wash my car with the membership... it's crazy how full of soap my car gets and barely some drops of water... So disappointed about the car wash in this location... the service is not helpful at all... I hope they fix the machines or pay the water bill with our membership payments because they are avoiding wash the cars with water...

I’ve been a loyal customer of Speeder’s Car Wash in Norwalk since I moved to CT six years ago, bringing both of my cars there regularly. Unfortunately, I’m really disappointed with the recent change that no longer allows customers to use the vacuums unless they purchase a monthly membership. I don’t want to be beholden to a monthly membership as I like to wash my own cars sometimes in the summer and with travel may not use it as much. The vacuums used to be part of the convenience and value that kept me coming back. On top of that, they previously offered a small fuel discount, which made it feel like they appreciated loyal customers. The team at the route 7 location is great customer service is on point. Jefferson helps me every time I need help with supplies and whenever something is not working properly. Maria is great, I was out of towels and she brought me fresh towels right away. When I drive long distances for work and come home the guys are great with spraying the bugs on the front of my car before I go into the car wash. I love washing my car here! Every single staff member is great! Zero complaints. Also love everything the membership offerss.

Not thrilled with the experience ever since they switched to the new owners. They don’t spray the car before you go in and there’s no one wiping down the car after like it used to be. They also had a long line of cars and prompted us to go in with very little space left between us and the car in front. Disappointing. Despite this, the staff were really nice and helpful but not appreciating the large change in experience / customer service from the previous owners.
