Russell's Starter Alternator

This how they replaced the battery and came back and said they never touched that loose nut and melted a hole into the battery. They replaced the battery but said he wouldn't replace the junction box and walked away So watch out when you get work done The junction box is 160 plus tax had to pay for it myself

Great experience, I was bailing hay, hydraulic cylendar blew out, they had it fixed and I was back in service in just a couple of hours, and very reasonable $$. Friendly, fast service, I would recommend to anyone.

I have used Russel's before. And they did good work. I purchased another vehicle from a car lot that they do work for. And I brought it in to check the AC. Drop it over around 8:30am . I called at 1pm to check. She their looking at it now. So about 4:30pm I called back she said my vehicle was ready and that I didn't owe anything and that the keys would be in the vehicle. I got there at 5pm. Everyone was gone and no key in my vehicle on a Friday. Had to wait until Monday morning to open back up to get my keys. She lied about telling me to pick it and that they would leave my keys. She lied and said that she was waiting on my car lot. She didn't deal with just me only. Took my alternator off two times and had him check it and then left my truck with him and he didn’t have time to fix it . I had already been without my truck for two weeks dealing with it on top of that, no refund!!! I believe if he paid somebody to do the job and didn’t get it done right he would expect his own money back!!!

They did great and it was very fast as well. I would suggest it to friends.
