I took my Chevrolet Silverado to Rusty Drewing service department now for different repairs and the job was completed professionally. It took a while to get the transmission replaced but that wasn't necessarily the service departments fault. I was going through an aftermarket warranty company and they are a pain to deal with. Hands down the best place to take your car for service. I bought my car from Rusty and honestly they just take care of you with what they can do in their power. The car business is very hard to make everybody happy. There's increased parts costs, service costs, etc, but I trust them that they do their best to make you have a good experience. When I go in there the people are amazing. The front desk people are fun and easy to talk to. They obviously take the issue seriously, but they somehow make a service visit pleasant. Jerry the service manager is always helpful. They just are a professionally well managed place. Took my truck here for a recall on the roof rail airbags a couple weeks back. When I picked it up, the front seatbelts wouldn’t pull out easily or retract so I called back and had to make an appointment two weeks out to get that problem, which they caused, repaired. I also scheduled other services that were needed in the near future anyway and would just get it all knocked out in one trip. Among the other services, they said my retractors were bad (quoted 2 hour job) and needed to be replaced on my own dime. I declined that service because they only stopped working after I took the vehicle in for the recall.
