Bought my 2017 audi q7 3.0t back in April from an scummy dealership (wish i wouldve found that out sooner) and have had a couple issues since than. Ive had to have one pretty major mechanical repair and a some basic maintenance done on it. Got referred to rustys after learning my trusted mechanic cant work on these cars. Always hesitant to switch mechanics but these people are amazing! James is extremely knowledgeable and hard working! Jackie is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met! The customer service here exceeds expectations! If you have an import, this is the place to take it for any and all work you need done.

I wasn’t able to get my vehicle fixed here, but the lady in the front office was so kind, courteous, and helpful to me. I was traveling through town and needed a repair, but they were booked solid for at least two weeks. Nevertheless she took the time and had the compassion to look up and write down recommendations of other shops for me to try. I’m grateful for this shop’s friendliness and helpful-nature even if I wasn’t able to be a customer.

James and Jackie are magicians! Was stranded w my BMW and James diagnosed the problem and turned the car around in 24hours. The best service I’ve experienced in a very long time! Highly recommend!

We had a screeching noise in our front wheel of our 1998 Mercedes MLB320 while were in Pt Angeles on vacation from Seattle in July 2025. We recalled that we had gotten a repair from Rusty's years earlier, so we found the relocated shop. Leon put the car on a lift and in seconds removed the small rock inside the brake which solved the problem. Wonderful service! When I returned home I found the record of our harmonic balancer repair on the same car by Leon in August 2006 in a hand-written note. Our car had died in the Red Lion parking lot and Leon had insisted that he would tow our car to the shop for fear of driving it might cause serious damage.
