I had a great purchasing experience with Jay ! I contacted Jay looking for a RV before I left Alaska while needing to have it delivered to a job I was headed to in Louisiana so timing was imperative. When purchasing sight unseen theres always a lot of fear for the buyer and with 6000+ miles between us trust me I was nervous. He sent me great videos, pics, and we had communication with the entire purchase. I had just been burned on a previous deal I was working on but Jay was adamant to address all my concerns and when the RV was delivered on time it was exactly what he had described. Thanks again for being a great salesman and providing a good buying experience ! Honesty goes a long ways when it comes to reputation....

We had the fantastic good fortune of finding our new to us 2018 Winnebago Forza at RV Direct America and Patrick pulled out all the stops to exceed our (somewhat unrealistic) expectations of a next day delivery. The oil was changed in the engine and the generator, and a couple of minor issues attended to! It's so refreshing when people deliver what they promise. This was after our plans for becoming full-time RV-ers were in Jeopardy at the 11th hour after an awful experience with another larger RV dealership in Palm Bay. Thank you Patrick, you rock! I bought a 2021 Keystone Retreat from RV Direct, salesman being Caleb. I paid $42,000 for the unit and was assured it had been thoroughly inspected with no major defects and was in excellent condition. Partly my fault for trusting his word but at 71 did not go on top and look. I have since had someone come to do repairs and found that it has damage all the way down one side of the roof. I am now out money for those repairs. He also charged me to install a washer and dryer that I can’t use because they were not properly installed. When I called him about this issue his response was, mine doesn’t do that…just put a strap on it. 🧐 Buyer beware, they are not BBB registered. Another hindsight!

We went to RV Direct for a quick look with just a thought of trading in out RV. Caleb and Patrick are so friendly, helpful. and so nice to work with. These guys gave us the feeling that this is a dealer one can trust and feel comfortable. This being an important factor for us we made the trade with them and now have a beautiful Montana. Within one week time our RV was sitting at our place. We had many requests and our expectations are very high. however they did not disappoint and are still helping us after the purchase.
