My wife and I got our first rv from Jon Grimes! He was able to help me find something with my beer budget on champagne taste! Overall was very patient and helped us through the process. After a few weeks of inexperienced driving I had to bring it back tothe service dept to align some things. They were great and got it finished alot faster than they said. We purchased a 5th wheel back in November. Initially the transaction was great. When we did the final walkthrough and delivery inspection I pointed out I didn’t think the fridge was working and we found major water damage to the slide floor. I was assured the fridge worked and was only warm because they “just turned it on”. They fixed the slide floor expeditiously and we were able to pick up our new rig within 2 weeks. At that time I expressed concern again about the refrigerator not working. This time the freezer was cold, but the refrigerator was not. The service manager again assured it me it was working and “verified” with the tech that it would take 4-6 hours to cool the fridge and it was completely normal for the freezer to be cold already. Bryce even came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly while we were signing. Truly above and beyond! We came back 3 separate days to inspect the trailer we wanted and they let us take as much time as we needed to decide, I did not feel pressured at all! I would buy from them again! I had a fantastic buying experience with Bryce and Robbie! They were extremely helpful in negotiating a price, flexible in putting down a deposit, and helped me get the trailer setup when picking it up. Bryce was extremely responsive and answered all my questions—many of which were after hours!

So where should I begin with this review? I was very excited to get a new trailer, not new but fairly new. I liked it It was solid It was almost exactly what I wanted until I signed papers. At first everybody was so eager to help me out. I was so happy to get a trailer that I wanted, but I had a problem with all of this, because of the simple fact that I felt like I was being rushed through this process they would not give me enough time to really sit with the trailer and look at it closely I was made one promise after another I paid for a detail on the trailer and a coating that they put on them so the decals and stuff won't peel off or fade I got none of that when the trailer was delivered to me it was dirty and I mean dirty. The trailer also has also a huge scratch about 7 in long down
