If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! These guys are knowledgeable and the absolute MOST patient with a teen boy struggling with a swapped engine! They assisted him when other shops around town wouldn't even give him a phone conversation (you know who you are....GGGRRRR). They listened, advised, assisted, explained, and did not pressure him at all while he made decisions on how he wanted to move forward with the car. It is so refreshing when adults actually take time with teens and treat them respectfully too. I can not thank you enough for all you've done for my boy and the ahhhmazing patience you've had throughout this car ordeal. Thank you thank you .....highly recommend.

I started bringing my vehicles to S&S about 10 years ago after they were recommended by a couple of coworkers. I’ve never regretted doing that. I feel these guys are good at what they do, and that they shoot straight with me. For me they’ve replaced a radiator, water pump, belts, brakes, did alignments, and other things I don’t recall. Now I recommend them to people, and will continue to bring them my vehicles.

BEWARE OF S&S Auto Repair!! They will LIE TO YOU & RIP YOU OFF WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACE!! I had all My front-end parts replaced at "The Shop," a (5 Star Shop.) Unfortunately, "The Shop" was unable to get My car in for an inspection when I needed it, so I ran it down the street to S&S. (Major Mistake) They failed My car saying it needed Ball Joints, which I had just replaced. I then took My car to an independent front-end specialist in Columbia to see was actually going on. They said My front end was perfect...needed nothing as all was new. I was given a passed inspection. Which says to Me that S&S was trying to take advantage of Me because I was a Woman by Herself, and They thought I would be gullible. They out and out lied to Me and wanted to charge Me over $300 to fix something that wa

I moved to Jeff City a couple of years ago and don't know who to call when something goes wrong with my car, our HVAC, etc.. Today, I learned who to call when something goes wrong with my car.... They delivered quality service for a fair price.... Couldn't ask for more.

First time using this location and truth be known I called by accident while I was reading reviews,lol. I hung up but got a call back from the nice lady working the front desk. So I hired them and hey it turned out great and affordable! Replaced my batteries, oil change, inspection all done the same day on my Mercedes I had towed to them. That's a 5/5 for me!
