I called one day and they were there the next! Perfect customer service and even was able to take off camera and gps tracker that is hooked to our Intoxalock! Great business and great customer service! Did great work and were in and out in no time!

Three techs have some out to replace a window. 1st tech didn't install window correctly and the window didn't roll up properly. So called and with warranty they sent a 2nd tech out. He resolved the issue of the window going up but a week later my husband notices a hole behind the door know where there should be a plate. So 3rd tech came out yesterday but has to order a part and someone will have to come out to install 2 plates. Two techs were either lazy and not paying attention to what they were doing or don't know what they are doing. This situation has been going on now for a month and it's still not right. Warranty has covered the last 2 visits. Easy to schedule appointments. Love the text reminders of appointments. Poor communication on when they will actually show up during the windo

Prompt arrival and installed windshield quickly and professionally. Service person was knowledgeable and worked quickly. He was a bit nonperson able but that’s okay. I already had the old glass removed to repair rusted area and they credited me the disposal fees.

This was an awesome, painless experience, we had 2 vehicles get cracked windows in the same week. We scheduled them to be fixed on the same day at our home. Zack, the technician, was prompt, polite, friendly and worked diligently to get the job done! He did a great job! I have zero complaints about Safelite Auto Glass and highly recommend them. They worked with our insurance and we were fully covered. If I ever need glass replaced again I am calling Safelite!

Ryan from the moline location came Monday and replaced my windshield. Very nice guy.He did the job very well in a reasonable amount of time! Would definitely recommend him and safelite to others!
