Worst service ever! Don’t recommend. This company had my appointment for weeks. When they came to my house, they had the wrong windshield. Mind you they have the VIN number and model of car and make. The technician had to put the old windshield and it was all cracked this time. Today, is the day they are supposed to fix it but guess what? Is raining? So another lost day. I want my windshield replaced. How difficult is that?! Oh and insurance already paid them and I paid the deductible. Great!!!!! Have to drive my car with a cracked windshield worse than how it was. I even have pictures to prove it. The circle was how it was before and the after is all the cracks from yesterday.

We were driving from La Crosse to Eau Claire and a rock hit our windshield. The crack continued to expand while we were driving. We were able to file a claim with insurance and get scheduled so easily with Safelight! My appointment wasn't until later in the afternoon and they called me in the morning due to no shows and cancellations to get in earlier! I was able to get my vehicle done before my original appointment would have started. They were super nice, informative, and respectful. I would absolutely go there again!

Prompt and Excellent service! Roger performed the work and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and kept me informed throughout the process and steps after. The repair is excellent and practically invisible. Will recommend to family and friends and use the service again should the need arise.

The entire experience with replacing the rear window on my car was exceptional!!! Great staff and outstanding service. Would highly recommend Safelite to anyone in need of glass repair on your vehicle.

Michael came out to replace my windshield this morning, and I am super happy with his work! He contacted me with info before he arrived, and he did efficient and quality work, and was super friendly to talk to and deal with. Car looks great again. Don't think the work hardly took a half hour.
