Safelite AutoGlass

Great service! Came to my house and replaced my windshield. Was very efficient and my technician, Stephen did an amazing job! If you need your windshield repaired or replaced, I strongly recommend Safelite!

I went by Safelite Autoglass on 02/01/2025, and I bought new wiper blades with my windshield replacement. Almost a month later on 03/04/2025 while driving I noticed this crack going up my windshield, I didn’t hear anything. On 03/05/2025 I took my truck back to the Safelite Autoglass place and the manager told me, not a stress crack and my insurance would have to handle the rest. I didn’t hear anything. The wiper blades are just some gimmick. The manager was on speaker in the conference call on 02/01/2025. The regional manager said unless you can prove the wiper blades were the culprit you are out of luck. I took a photo of it on 03/04/2025, and a photo of it on 01/26/2026. You can't tell from the photo but there a crack all the to right side of the windshield.

From beginning to end this was a great experience! The ease of seeing up the appointment, they accept Klarna, the communication leading up the appointment and their service upon arrival! Quality work, done quickly. And everyone was so friendly! Highly recommend.

I’ve used Safelite In the past multiple times to replace windshields on our Jeep. We had always used the mobile unit up until this point but this time I opted to drop off at the shop just because of the fact that we were doing a Range Rover with complicated windshield components. The technician was professional, well-versed and experienced, and had the whole thing done in 90 minutes as promised. I was also able to get an appointment the very next day. Great work!.

The technician called ahead and let me know his arrival time. He explained the window replacement and calibration process in an easy to understand manner. He completed the job in a timely fashion. And the best part... he was extremely polite!
