Noah was our technician. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Here’s a few reasons why: He called ahead and I offered to allow him to come early if he wanted to or could. He arrived within 30 minutes of that call. He addressed me as “Sir” which you rarely see this kind of simple respect with anyone these days. When I walked out to just see the progress, he mentioned a few trade tips he does to make the project go a bit smoother, like running the defroster to help prevent glass chips from falling into the vents during the removal stage. He was also able to carry on a conversation that was not forced or uncomfortable. In other words, he was a well rounded person and a pleasure to meet. I would suggest to Safelite that if they could escalate Noah to a higher position, say one that trains n

Easy drop off, they communicated well through phone and text. Let me know that due to snow, they could replace my windshield but would not be able to calibrate it due to not be able to drive it with snow. Option to reschedule so I could get both done at once. I appreciated that I was considered and it wasnt sprung on me once they installed it.

Wonderful fast service! Easy to navigate and set up appointment and payment online at the website. Really nice clean lounge with coffee for those of us who have to wait. Friendly and efficient staff. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who asked!

Easier than I had expected experience! I was able to get scheduled the next day and the technician was very professional and kept me in the loop on timing. He had an issue with the calibration system and took extra time to ensure everything was done right! Smooth process and they came right to my house!

Had a service tech come out to fix a small Crack. Said it was good. A few days later watched the Crack grow across the entire windshield. Called for a replacement. Was told it would be of no cost to me to replace due to it being a failed repair. When it came time for the appointment they said it would be $1000. They refused to honor me being told it would be of no cost to me and said they had no way to go back and look at their recorded conversations to see who amd why I was told it would be free.
