The windshield is fine, but he left garbage in the front seat of my car. Empty glass cleaner can and rubber strips from the window. Also threw my oil change sticker on the floor of my car. It would have been nice to leave it on the dash so I could put it back on the windshield instead it was covered in dirt.Also texted time window day of and after a hour past I had to call and find out what was going on.
These guys really do phenomenal work. They make it easy to make an appointment, and in my case they had to reschedule due to product delay, and even that was easy. They contact your insurance for you, reasonable rates, and can even come to your home or work. Super polite, informative and flexible.
All of the technicians and support staff throughout the process have been extremely helpful, articulate and realistic in their expectation setting. They take the time to answer any questions.However, they move efficiently and quickly through the process, knowing what needs to be done and how to do it.
Safelite replaced my 2023 Mustang MachE windshield in my garage. Blake from Safelite communicated timing, what to expect clearly. He did a great job (replacement and calibration) and was on time! So far I'm happy with the work
In no fashion could I ever recommend anyone use this company for service, they will damage your vehicle and they will try and leave you with the bill. On Monday March 2nd I was scheduled to have my windshield replaced, during this service they installed the wrong glass even though while making the appointment I answered the question for whether or not my vehicle was equipped with a heads up display they decide to install glass for a vehicle without, to add to this situation they left my vehicle completely filthy with some sort of sticky residue left in spots all over my hood, all over the inside of the new glass, and somehow on my outside mirrors. After contacting support I was given a new appointment date for Wednesday March 4th, on that morning I received a call stating the person doing
