Safelite AutoGlass

It was very convenient to have Safelite come to our home to replace our windshield. They gave us a 5 hour window to start with, but the technician communicated promptly to let us know when to expect him. He did a great job on our car. He was professional and efficient.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with Zack today. He did an amazing job explaining everything in a way that made sense, and he really took the time to walk me through what was going on. I never felt rushed or confused — he made the whole process comfortable and easy to understand. It’s not often you get someone who knows their craft AND communicates it that well. He did outstanding work.

They were extremely easy to work with. They said it would take between 2 to 3 hours and then took exactly 2 1/2 hours and I was very satisfied with the job would highly recommend Janesville Safelite to my friends.

From the moment I first booked my appointment on the phone with a member of Safelite Scheduling team, “communication” was the one word that came to mind repeatedly in the entire exchange between them and myself. I was contacted by text and by email with reminders about the appointment and to confirm that I was going to be able to make my appointment. Safelite was always conservative about the amount of time the appointment would take, warning me that it could be 2 to 3 hours because of the nature of the recalibration that needed to be done due to the technology utilized by the vehicle I drive behind the windshield. Safelite customer service was terrible. It took two appointments and 4 calls with reps to finally get the job done right. These people don't listen correctly the first time you call in about your actual problems. And when you clearly state front and back 4x that's two windows 2!! Well they showed up with one what a huge inconvenience for me. So customer service was the worst by every single means possible start to finish. The actual person who did the service was fantastic.
