Safelite AutoGlass

I definitely won't use safelite again unless its a last resort. 1st they didnt order the correct windshield after i asked several times. I got off work early because they were able to get me in that day. I get there and sat, I was told 45mins to an hour. About 20 mins they came back in and said it was the wrong one. I asked several times if it was the correct one. I rescheduled and went in after asking several more times if it was the correct one. It was. That's the only positive thing I can say. I sat there for 2.5 hours. I questioned why I was told 45 mins to an hour. He said they tell people 2 to 3 hours. I explained that's not what was told to me. He said he would look into it. I never heard from them again.

We've taken vehicles here for rock chip repairs and windshield replacement. The email/text communication is great and the staff at the front desk make check-in/check-out a breeze. The technicians that work on the vehicles take great care with our cars and communicate as soon as the service is complete. It is also very convenient that they handle all the insurance paperwork for us. We will continue to bring our vehicles here for glass work.

Amazing staff! I took my truck in for a warranty repair, turns out the window was fine just a little issue with moisture. I have been having a rough month and was a little frazzled, the staff was very kind and provided above and beyond service and care. Definitely restored my faith in the holiday season! I contacted Safelite on the website and it was super easy to set up an appointment. The service was faster than I expected and the work was excellent. I received notifications to keep me in the loop and never felt like I wasn’t a priority. Would definitely recommend as a solid auto glass management option.

Such awesome service! Had a small chip in our 25 Tundra windshield right in driver's line of sight. It was quickly repaired and next steps were clearly explained. It is seriously great service! The repair is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Also, Able was our technician on this job. He was a fantastic communicator and clearly took pride in his work!
