Safelite AutoGlass

The service I received from Safelite was exceptional. Everyone that I talked to was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. The technician who replaced my window did an outstanding job. If I need to replace another window in my vehicle, I won’t hesitate to give Safelite a call.

I scheduled a warranty service call to fix a problem with a window motor that started when I had the window replaced. Scheduling the appointment was easy. I received a call the day before confirming the appointment for between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm the following day. The following day I did not receive a call from a technician and the warranty service call never happened.

These guys were great! From filing our glass-only claim with State Farm via the Safelite website, scheduling the appointment, then working with our assigned technician and local staff, the entire experience literally could not have gone any better! There was one hiccup with the equipment he had on his truck for recalibration of the various sensors and cameras that required actually going to the shop, but even that was made easy with zero hassle, and I was happy to do it! They were quick, efficient, communicative, and courteous! 5+/5, highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. The whole process was very easy to set up. Drop off and pickup took just a few minutes each, and the work was done quickly and correctly. Safelite isn't the cheapest in town, but their customer service is excellent and worth the slightly higher price you pay. Trying to deal with a warranty replacement from a certain independent installer down in Pearl was a nightmare. Safelite was the answer and I'm definitely sticking with them for now on.

Friendly tech. Installation was largely done well, note that they do not use OEM glass, but rather a discount brand. Rear view mirror shroud will not snap back into place, tech suggested replacing it through my manufacturer. Rear view mirror fell off on my 2 mile drive home, reached out for warranty repair. *update* No call today. *update* No call today. *update* Received a call!! Turns out the wrong model of glass was installed on my car, resulting in the bad fit and the rear view mirror cracking off. I should get a call tomorrow to get an appointment scheduled for later in the week. 7 days without a proper windshield or rear-view mirror is taxing, I'm hopeful we can have this solved before we hit the two-week mark. *update* I'm scheduled for an appointment on the 20th, we're gettin
