Safelite AutoGlass

Got my windshield fixed on my Mercedes-Benz, and I was a little skeptical at first since some reviews show some negative stuff. It looks really good, looks brand new, and it was also a very good price. All the places I went to get a quote were asking $400 and higher, and Safelite was the best price since it only took 2 hours. Very fast process.

Dropped my 92 Honda Accord LZ off at 8am on Monday, December 8th with the manager(didn't get his name)to get the front windshield fixed planning to pick it up later in the day, I prepaid as well when I made the appointment, I get a call from the same manager a few hours later explaining they didn't get clips with the windshield kit being the car is older so they came separately, no worries, keep it overnight. At approximately noon on Tuesday, December 9th I get a call from a technician named Ed with some bad news, they already removed the broken windshield but once they removed it they noticed some rust that prevents them from installing the new windshield, he sends me a picture of the rust and explains I'll need to take it to a body shop to get that taken care of before they can install t

I had the Nader crew. They are super friendly and hard working. They explained the process of what they would be doing, what I am paying for and the after care of the windshield. They did a fantastic job and would highly recommend them! 10 out of 10, I hope I don't have to do it again, but if I do I want this crew. Thank yall!

Very smooth from the beginning set up on internet to completion by professionals and never left the house. You just can’t beat it. Oh and by the way this was on a 2003 Dodge pick up and completed in under 2 hrs. Thank you. I’m 72 and this service reminds me of the good old days.

We have used Safelite in the past, so we know the quality of their work. This experience was elevated because of our technician, Juan, was so good! He outlined all the steps in the process, kept me informed while doing the work, and ensured I understood the follow up instructions such as no car wash for 2 days. If I ever need another windshield, I will call Safelite and ask for Juan!
