Safelite Rocky Hill did a great job from the scheduling through the service. Here is what was differentiated: the staff onsite was incredibly professional and friendly, whether the front desk (Jocelyn) or the techs. I watched three different techs come into the waiting room to meet the clients, explain where they were at in the process, set expectations on timing and address any questions. When my guy Orlando did this he even asked if an expired college parking sticker was needed to be on the new windshield. If every business had people like this, service everywhere would be 5 star. Eugenio just replaced my daughter’s car windshield. He is personable, professional & competent in his work. He was so accommodating & worked to get her the best price. Car was completed on time as promised. Outstanding employee & Safelite representative! Jocelyn at the desk was so friendly & knowledgeable. Initially, I experienced significant frustration with Safelight. I had been anticipating a technician’s visit from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM to repair a dent in my windshield. At approximately 4:45 PM, I contacted Safelight to confirm my appointment and obtain an estimated time of arrival (ETA). However, after a 20-minute hold without any updates, I decided to disconnect and re-call. Upon reconnecting, I was informed that the scheduled technician had an emergency that morning and was unable to come to work. This revelation heightened my annoyance, as Safelight had failed to notify me of this change. Safelight transferred me to the Rocky Hill branch, where I spoke with Jocelyn. Amado did a phenomenal job replacing my windshield. It is one that has to be calibrated for lane assist and HUD display and it works perfectly! Everyone was very nice and great at communicating when my car would be done. Got my car back same day and the windshield was CLEAN! No smudges, dirt, debris etc. Thank you for such excellent service!!!

They’re very welcoming/friendly and performed my windshield replacement with care and expertise. However, I think this location is chronically overbooked and or low on technical hands because it took double the time quoted to get my vehicle serviced. If you aren’t in a hurry, you’ll be fine.
