Got a nail in my tire, and nobody was able to get me in for a repair quickly. He did! Was super kind and quick.

I wanted to try to repay in some way the kindess and excellent service I was given today at Safranski. I was on a family camping trip when my tire decided to die on me, full failure on the joint between sidewall and tread. The tire simply would not hold air for more than 10 minutes at a time. After calling many shops big and small, somehow, a single late afternoon call to Safranski (near their closing time) is all it took for them to order a very rare tire size, make sure that it arrived the next day in the morning to their shop, and impossibly, made space for me in their very busy schedule to replace my tire the very next day. I mistakenly showed up two hours late for a suspension, tie rod, and an alignment fix that could have taken up to four hours. Paul quickly said, "It's not a problem." He moved things around with the mechanics and started working on my car right away. My car was taken care of in three hours, and when it was time for the bill, he knocked off $50.00! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Awesome experience! They got me in and out quickly for a flat tire. I told them I didn't want to spend a lot of money, just needed a cheep replacement. Instead of just selling me a new tire, they took the time to find a used tire in good condition and saved me at least $50. Thank guys! I'll definitely be back!

Ive always been impressed by the honesty Paul (owner) had with his clients. No matter what the problem was Paul was honest in every situation. It kept me going back for years. However, after my most recent experience I can say with 100 percent certainty I will never again use them for any repairs or even general maintenance. After 4 attempts to get a front end alignment they finally achieved it. Had I not done the work of replacing several parts myself it would have cost me almost $2000 to have them do what I did myself for less then $492 and a mere 4 hours of my time.
