Salerno Duane Ford, L.L.C. Service

I recently relocated to this area after spending 3 years going to Mahwah Ford where I dealt with 1 of the dumbest/worst people I’d ever encountered. There wasn’t even normalcy speaking with Mahwah, even when updates were needed from work done after a minor accident. So when I relocated I needed to find another Ford dealer for my company vehicle and I came across Salerno Duane Ford. From the moment I called and spoke to Carrie who was so sweet on the phone I felt instant gratitude. When you’re bringing your car in for service you value someone being nice - they were great, I’m really happy I found them and I’m grateful for the experience I had especially when under tremendous work stress, I don’t need extra headaches. I have had multiple ford cars over the years and have always used Salerno Duane for service. My experience has always been great - from the drop off process through completion, I have always found this dealer to do a great job with the service aspect of their operation. Highly recommended.

I was called to make an appointment for a "recall repair". Once the appointment was made, I arrived on time, waited an hour, only to find out, 1st I was not even checked in, then, the recall parts were not even there! What a waste of my time! To my best recollect, this has been a repeated occurrence here at this location! No apology to ensue and the audacity of a follow-up text the next day to say"sorry you couldn't make your appointment yesterday". Make this make sense someone! Signed: Extremely annoyed!
