Sameday Auto Scratch and Wheel Repair

I had a 'backing out of the garage' mishap on my brand new Audi RS6. I was definitely devastated! This shop, and Chris in particular were recommended to me for the scratch repair. When I dropped by the shop for an evaluation and estimate, Chris was welcoming, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke with integrity. Today was my day of repair. Let me tell you, my car looks just as wonderful as the day that I brought it home from the dealership! My scratch and scrape is completely undetectable. The paint match is absolutely on point and the service was fast! I am really, really happy with the results and Chris specifically. I recommend Chris 100%. He is fair, knowledgeable, personable, and skilled.

I drove 60 miles to and from this shop, after sending pictures of damage to my wheels to be told I would need new wheels. Please see the pictures below of my wheels, judge for your self. Honesty and value for customers time is not a priority at t his business.

Six days after getting a new car, I scraped it against a concrete pole in my parking garage while pulling out of an unfamiliar EV charging spot. Very luckily, there was no body damage, so a paint repair was all I needed. My dealership recommended the Sameday in Lake City. This location worked a bit better, so I took the vehicle here. Chris and team are undoubtedly the best in the business. Super responsive, high quality work and willingly to go the extra mile to make sure your car is leaving better than it do before the damage. They were able to repair a 2”+ dent with paint damage, on a sharp curved rear panel, within hours. They provided several options and helped explain the differences. Price is better than competitors and a steal given the high grade workmanship. ** they also cleaned up some dried compound on plastic trim pieces for free. Highly recommend.

It was my first time dealing with a major, deep scratch on my car, and I was on a tight budget. I shopped around Bellevue for quotes, and surprisingly, Same Day offered the most affordable price. On top of that, they were able to finish the job the same day, so I didn’t have to pay for a rental. Chris was very friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t afford to fix some minor scratches, but they included them for free. The work was perfect—truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! 👍
