Sam lacks the communication skills to run a business like this, we have had a car in this shop for 7 months and there was very poor communication between us and shop. We came into the shop to pick the vehicle up and there was a huge misunderstanding between Sam and the front office and he came in hot and lost his mind at us over what he thought was us not wanting to “not pay the bill” and he was screaming and losing his mind about it it when that was never discussed. We walked in and had a small conversation with the front office about her life and lack of sleep. We were given the price of around 300 dollars. I was buying a handicap van sight unseen as I am down in Columbus, Ohio. I came across Sam's Automotive in a google search when looking for an independent mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection. With amazing reviews, I called and spoke with Victoria. She was incredibly helpful, accommodating and understanding, even when I called with a follow-up question 10 days later. We have taken our car to them two times now. I think we have found the best place in town to work on our vehicles. I will be referring friends and family to them. They were honest, dependable, and reasonable within prices. Great place to take your car to!!
