Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Tire prices were better than any place else when I compared prices. The customer service was decent. But the customer waiting area is pathetic, one grimy bench located back among rows and rows of tires. Speaking of pathetic, the bathrooms were beyond pathetic, dirty and obviously not at all maintained. With all the money the Walton family rakes in, there should be a spacious and clean customer waiting area, and sparkling clean restrooms.

Have bought 5 sets of tires here (multiple vehicles) over the past 5 years. Better selection than Costco with a tire for each price point. Busy tire dept and Matt does a great job handling everything since they are short staffed. Some wait but worth it in the long run. I ordered online and intalled my 4 new Falken Wildpeak A/T tires here. The guy who installed 4 tires was very friendly, thank you.👍

I bought this tire from Sam's Just 1.5 year ago. I got a flat tire because there is a small nail in the tire. But the guy in the tire centre told me those tires are too old to be fixed. I was always wondering why there are so few customer in the sams center. Now I had the answer. They were just too lazy. Even there's nothing to do. They want willing to help you. Finally, I found a firestone and paid $20 to get it fixed. If I were able to I would give a zero star.

They don't answer the phone. Wait times are ridiculous. You get transferred to the Philippines if you call- of course they're far from helpful. Makes me question the benefits of my membership. Is it really worth it?
