Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Took car in for leaking tire check. Had a nail that required plug and patch. I had an appointment at 9am and was told it would take an hour and half as the appointments are double booked. However when I walked up there was one car being worked on and everyone else standing around doing nothing. Seems like they need to book better. After 2 hours my car was ready. They need a better booking person, and better communication. Waiting two hours just to have a tire plugged when there are no other vehicles being worked on is unreasonable. if you were going here, I’d recommend dropping off your car because they seem to work at a snail pace.

Today’s experience was excellent. Had an appointment, the service associate greeted me well, the tires were priced right and they had the tires installed quickly. When the vehicle was ready, I was notified via a phone call. The associate explained the future free rotation and balancing, as well as the road hazard warranty. I could not have asked for a better experience, thank you Sam’s Club.

Don’t bother making an appointment to get the tires replaced. Just buy the tires and get them changed somewhere else as these folks don’t have a clue. Made an appointment for 2 PM and they pulled the truck in at 3 and it sat there until 4 until they started working on it. Almost 5 now and there is one person standing there staring at the wheels.

Refused to replace cracking tires that are still under warranty, will never buy tires from a Sam's club again!! Went to Discount Tire after all the run arou d at Sam's and they replaced the tires under warranty with no problems at all.

Mel did an outstanding job with me. She went above and beyond to help and was extremely quick with the service. Really cares about the work she does and customer satisfaction; I would recommend her to everyone!
