Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I had a great experience at Sam’s Club Automotive thanks to Jock, Luis, TJ, and King. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, even when the situation got a bit complicated. They took the time to figure everything out and made sure the issue was resolved. On top of that, they price matched me for a better set of tires than the ones I originally ordered, which I really appreciated. I haven’t even had the tires installed yet, and I’m already very satisfied with the level of service I received!

Gonna be a month before they can get to you--doesn't matter what condition your tires are in. Only one car on the lift at a time with room for 2 or 3 more. Contacted my Sam's Club Tire Center back home instead, and they got me in in a week. Won't come back here for anything I need right away.

Williams: This month i went to get a flat fixed and tires rotated after purchasing tires for over $600 (last year)/ They fixed my flat, but I was told to come back since my lug nut was stuck and they didn't have time to finish the rotation. The service was great until they could not get a lug nut off, actually I was not initially told to get it off before coming back for my appointment on 5/18/24. They told me that I needed to take my car somewhere else to get it off (i.e. NTB, which would cost over $100). That was not acceptable to me, since I only get my tires serviced by them for over 20 years. I praise God for favor even when they "could not" find proof on their computer of my purchase... Ordered 2 tires and had them put on in the tire center. Got me in and out quickly!

Got 4 tires from there they are short staffed. Had one leaking badly when left and they don't answer the phone. Trying to get the job done right is difficult!
