Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Terrible experience. I bought 4 new tires in July of 2025 and also wanted to buy tire sensors but the tire sensors were not in stock so they told me they’ll call me when they’re in stock. I set up appointments to get them installed everytime I went in they were still not in stock even though they told me they were. I went in like 6 different times to get them installed over a 6 month period and every time I went they didn’t have them so it got to the point that management and staff told me they were going to install them for free and give them to me for free. They finally call me to get them installed because they were in stock and couldn’t give them to me for free even though they told me they were. Unprofessional experience overall. Bought 4 brand new tires and one went flat in under 12 hours. Brought it in the next day to get it looked at - replaced a valve stem and all good for now. They refused to put the tire back on the vehicle, so here I am 50 feet from the tire center putting a new tire on myself. Brand new tire. Never again will I purchase tires here.

Since Costco doesn't install batteries, went to Sam's and was very happy with the professionalism. Got New battery installed in a timely manner. They go above and beyond for the customers. Great people.

The guys working here are great. TJ was very friendly. In and out in just over an hour for new tire installation. Only complaint would be it takes quite a while for someone to even acknowledge you’re at the counter waiting to be helped.

Tires dept: customer service lacking considerate manners. How many senior customers show up at his counter? Do you suppose any of them have hearing issues? Cognitive slowness? This rep not very understanding of these. I'll go to a Tire Ctr where all they do is sell tires and service with a smile.
