Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I wouldn't be writing this bad review if this wasn't the second time that this happened to me at this location. I drove away with two newly installed tires that were seriously under-inflated - 22 lbs on a 33 lb tire. Thankfully, I have a low tire pressure light because I never would have thought I needed to check their work. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and friendly.

SUCKS Asked if they can mount my four brand new tires that I purchased at another location and they told me to pound sand! They don't mount any tires that aren't purchased by their location but yet they'll balance and rotate tires that are purchased from another location, that makes sense right?!? Sam's club sucks!

Worst ever. I used to change my tires at Sam's until recently. Since when do you have to make an appointment? Dec. 30. I had to change my front tire, they had the tires in stock but they said that I have to make an appointment and the closest date was January 10!?! I parked right outside their garage and was no car inside at 10:30 in the morning. 3 workers doing nothing and seems that just they didn't want to change my tires.

No complaints. Quick service replacing my tires and a great price.

Had a problem there, the store manager. Joe was very helpful and solved my problem satisfactorily. I will continue to buy tires for my 5 vehicles there
