good prices when on sale "Due to heavy call volume at local store, you're being transferred to Central Sam's call center"... translation: were not staffed to answer the phone. guess what? at the call center, they don't know anything more than the app/web can tell you. Waste of time... said they'd follow up for me with store, but I never got any response.. surprise! Even the store front desk didn't answer. You have to go there in person and wait for someone to come out of the garage area if you want Tire service. They didn't do alignments, either.

Doing the math I actually spent more money here then I would have getting tiers anyway else not only do you need to account for the cost of membership and the "discount" in total I spent close to 700 here . Not only that but they never called me when the tiers I needed came in I had to call them when mine got ruined had they called me 3 days prior when they got them id have been able to avoid getting stranded and missing work

I purchased tires here on black Friday at an amazing price, and they worked great. So if you are looking for new tires definitely add to the list of places to check out. You may just drive off happy.

I got my all season tires put on here in the spring. They absolutely destroyed almost all of the lug nuts on all of my wheels. Cross threading multiple. I do not recommend getting tire service here. Go to a family owned place where they care about the quality of their work.

Got four tires replaced, drove to the other side of the parking lot and my whole car started to go crazy and eventually shut off, have to wait for a tow truck to take me back to fix whatever they did. Id recommend buying the tires here and taking them to someone competent to install them
