Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Customer Service is terrible. I went there several times for a tire rotation on my car with their tires. The persons who I have seen told me that no rotation needed as the tire tread was the same. I went to another location for rotation and they could not take off one of the wheel bolts because it had been place wrong and stripped the bolt. The only way to remove the tire was to break the bolt. So that happened and I am driving with one tire and a missing bolt/lug nut. Sam's tires is the only place that has touched my tires and when I reported this to them, they said they had to contact the manager and he never showed up to the tire department. I didn't visit Sam's club tire and battery I just visited the store. They always have everything you need. Most of the people are really super friendly, especially Archie and the checker lady from Haiti, who was working on Wednesday morning.

I tried to save some money by going with Sam's. They have the worst customer service. They sold me the tires and after purchasing told me that they can only install 6 weeks later. I am having a problem with the tire and every time I call Sams club, I am left on hold for long periods of time or hung up on so the reps don't have to be bothered with taking a call. You get what you pay for. I don't recommend saving the few bucks by going to Sams.

It was very crowded! We were at the checkout line for longer than we expected!

Since the staff is, usually, never at the desk, I decided to call. I was told, at 3:55 pm on a Tuesday, that they were closed and to call in the next day, from 10 to 6. Their hours are the same throughout the weekend.
