Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Bought tires from here around 2017. Never had a problem in the past. But recently I called to make an appointment to have a low tire looked at and was told by the call center it transferred me to that there were no appointments indefinitely. When I asked for clarification, he transferred me to the actual Sam's Club in Freehold. The phone proceeded to ring and ring until the call cut out. This is the second time I have had trouble making an appointment with this tire center. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

Pasqual, the guy who runs the tire center is very helpful and easy to work with. My review below reflects another associate. I want to leave less than a star. Customer service is atrocious. No one picks up the phone. And they are just as bad in store. My only experience I saw two customers leaving dissatisfied, one of which who said she was having similar issues regarding their customer service. Associate was not knowledgeable and couldn't provide any practical help. I never plan on doing business here again and don't recommend this stores tire center to anyone. I'm surprised there aren't many other reviews.
