Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I had to bring car in on Oct 5, 2025 and it was the best experience I've had in quite a while from Sam's in YEARS. The service I received from 3 young men that helped us from start to finish (checking status of car and spare battery, installing, checking out) was excellent. They were personable and informative and waved to us when we retrieved our car. I was impressed. I didn't get their names but I had no complaints.

The team was very courteous and easy to talk to. Karson was great. They walked me through each test they performed and even did them a second time at my request.

Great prices, service, and selection of batteries and tires

One of the employees was not having a good day apparently. Which I get since I work retail as well, but I never treat the customers like trash. Since I have a membership I thought I’d give them a chance but will continue my business with discount tire.

Sam’s in Grapevine just opened! Got a new tire from the great people at the tire center, went to free car wash and in the line my battery died. Mr Albert and Mr Antwoine walked all the way over from the tire center to bring me a new battery and installed it in the car wash line! Seriously! Above and Beyond. Thank you so much. You guys will have my business forever.
