Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Avoid this place! I've been here three times, and this was my last. The second time, the staff member was completely unprofessional, cussing in front of my kids and being super rude. Today, a different staff member (skinny, white guy) had the same bad attitude and was even vaping while working. Despite still having a warranty, I'm done and won't be back. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

They have good quality batteries and tires there.

First they told me it was the rim on my tire that was causing the wobble so they sent me to a another tire shop witch told me it was the tire and found a nail so I went back to sams and the guy who stayed he was "the manager" argued with me for almost a hour that it was the rim so I ordered a tire for next windesday when the day came they replaced the wrong tire because the wires from it were showing ps. I only hade that tire for 2 years the one they where supposed to replace was put on in June of this year they other guys were very helpful saved this from being a one star currently getting it changed

This location is unorganized and unprofessional. I ordered tires from their website and the confirmation said the tires would arrives within 3-5 business days. After that time expired, I got no phone call or email. I called for two days trying to get someone on the phone. There's no voicemail service so you've got to let it ring. Once I got someone on the phone, they said they only had 3 of the 4 tires there and it would be weeks before they could get me in for the installation. I cancelled my order and went with a local company. The phone rang twice, a very helpful employee answered and found the tires I needed for my vehicle. They had me scheduled within 2 days. Great customer service! So, if you've got two months to schedule tires, go with Sam's Club and save $50. If you live

What is the purpose of having road Hazzard insurance, especially for your tires, if you come in as an emergency and our never told it will be over 3 hours before they can check your tire.
