Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I bought a battery from them, and they installed a different sized battery than I previously had. The old tie down DID NOT FIT, and so just was jumping around. Overall this is unacceptable as it caused the old metal tie down to hit the battery lug. This made sparks come out of my car while driving down the highway. Luckily I am safe, but no thanks to Sam’s Club Tire and Battery.

Without going into the entire story of incompetency, disrespect, and lack of accountability; just know this entire service department spends more effort avoiding work than doing their job for Sam’s club customers.

This is the worst place I have ever been! Every time someone requests service, Debi tells them they're fully booked for the day. When I called to make an appointment, they said they don't take appointments and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. I arrived at 8 a.m., but Debi informed me they only had one worker available and had already scheduled three people with appointments for the day. I returned at 11 a.m. and waited until 1:30 p.m. to get my tire service done. Additionally, other workers didn’t start showing up until 11 a.m., even though office hours run until 7 p.m. I’m not the only one experiencing these issues, and I believe this problem stems from upper management.

Very disappointing service from a major brand name store. I had a flat tire and removed the tire from my car myself and dropped off the single tire/wheel at this Sam's Tire location on a Thursday. Manager said the replacement tire had to be ordered and would arrive in a couple days and that I would be contacted by Sams when the tire arrived. On the following Monday I tried calling to ask if the tire had arrived--phone instantly rolled to a call center and said my wait time would be 20+ minutes. I chose to drive to Sams instead of waiting 20 minutes where I learned my tire had in fact arrived but no one notified me. Employee said it was too late to mount the tire Monday and that it would be mounted Tuesday and I would be called. No call came Tuesday, I tried calling but again was sent dire

I've sure bought a lot of batteries here lately! Just one of those things owning three vehicles and two big mowers. Service is quick and the price is right. They have great turnover, so I get the freshest battery possible.
