Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Went here a few days ago looking for a set of 4 new tires. The person inside absolutely did NOT want to sell me tires, asked me if I had shopped around. Said their prices are really high. Instead of selling me a set he emails me quotes and tells me to come back after I've shopped around. Went to another tire shop immediately and actually paid more than I would have here, was super disappointed with this place.

Great experience. Had a frustrating moment for both staff and myself. They handled it extremely well.

This location is great, however, the warranty/ roadside coverage leaves a lot to be desired. There are loop holes. Customer service said all they can do is put a spare tire on if we have one. Told we couldn't be towed to a Sam's club location, because they didn't know we were coming. They also made sure to let us know they couldn't replace our tires!!!! Nobody asked for tire replacement! All we wanted was a tow to the club so we could have the tires fixed. Ended up using AAA and will have to get the tires fixed elsewhere. I am in need of 4 tires on my Camry and will use anyplace but Sam's after having this experience. Good place for tires in general, just don't depend on the warranty.

I'm an easy customer but I dont think people who make appointments and show up on time for said appointments should be treated like an inconvenience because the lady working the front desk has an issue with Sam's booking system. In the future, ill take my business elsewhere and recommend others do the same.
