Sam's Club Tire & Battery

This review is specific to their Customer Service when having an issue with a tire. I called every day starting on a Sunday two weeks ago, finally had to actually go into the club on Wed. The Tire and Battery desk was severely understaffed and I had to go through the main Customer Service Desk. Once my tire was looked at (thank you very much to the kind mechanic who was able to determine my tire was badly damaged and needed replaced) no one could initially get a follow appointment scheduled. So I then spoke with the manager who got me scheduled for the following Tuesday. I asked if the tire was in stock and was told yes, it would be there. Well Tues arrived, I took time off work to get to the club for my appointment and the tire WAS NOT there. I was offered no apology just a very quic

I replaced four tires, and all of them need to be pumped up every few days. My previous tires only needed to be pumped up once a year.

The staff they have are good and honest, very easy to work with. My only negative observation is that they could use more of the people they've got.

Never had an issue. Very nice service people at Monroeville's club.
