Sam's Club Tire & Battery

These guys came in clutch! Im so happy they could help me. The holidays are so dang busy with tire sales that the call center books these guys back to back with no room for squeezing in a tire change on the weekends. As soon as they pull a car out, they pull a new one in. My tire was ordered but I couldn't make time on my schedule for an appointment yet but fate had other plans. My front tire, completely flat from a deep freeze we had, needed to be changed and these guys squeezed me in, made good on their word and did it all before close on a Sunday. I did look over the gentleman's shoulder too so I could see he had absolutely no time for me. They called me right before close and not only could they just do the 1 tire I needed but they completed my whole order. They are so good! This team

Big thanks and compliments to Igor, Max, Marc, and Brian who took care of our tire needs on Saturday to schedule and instore repair on Sunday, October 9, 2022 at your Tire Center, Novi Michigan store. They were all so knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and the epitome of great teamwork and customer service. They were extremely thorough inspecting our tires and taking care of the one tire that seemed to have a small leak. They were very communicative throughout the process and you are fortunate to have this team of expert customer service employees! Please recognize and reward these individuals for a job well done!

First off my appointment was never set after discussing it on the phone. So when I called prior to my appointment they had no clue what I was talking about. Both times I told these people I was having them install my new lug nuts and my own tires I’ve used previously. And everything both times on the phone was fine until I get to my appointment and now all of a sudden they cannot install non Sams club tires. They wasted my money on fast shipping for the lug nuts. My gas and my time. Very irritating, now another week driving with bad tires because nothings open on Sunday’s.

Absolute worst experience ever , bought Goodyear OWL tires on line , install day arrives went inside club to specifically request white letters out , got a call saying truck is ready go to pick it up and no white letters , was told AFTER install that the tires I bought are not available in white letter , even though it clearly states so on the Sam’s Club webpage ( false advertising ) and I was clearly told prior to install inside the store white letters were available , complete and utter scam . Expected more from Sam’s , not sure why . The only thing they did well was collect my money , absolutely disappointed and all Sam’s club cards mine and family and friends cancelled . Will continue to spread the word far and wide what a complete scam this was . Thank you for nothing Scam’s Club .

Robert and Cayden in the Tire Service center were absolutely phenomenal. As a car enthusiast I care a lot about my wheels not getting scratched. They took care of me and showed care, respect, and professionalism throughout the whole process. They treated my vehicle as their own. Highly recommend working with them and I will be staying with Novi’s Sam’s Club Tire Service for anything I need done in the future!
