Sam's Club Tire & Battery

This is completely unacceptable. I bought four tires online and scheduled the installation online as well. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told that the technicians had already left at 3 PM and that one technician alone cannot install the tires. What kind of service is this? Why offer installation appointments online if you’re not actually able to provide the service? This is always the same situation, and in the end it’s “fixed” with a simple apology after wasting people’s time. You are a corporation, not a small shop. Act responsibly and respect your customers’ time. This is extremely disrespectful and very poor service.

Today I came in for a tire change that I had already scheduled online. When I arrived, I was told that the technicians had left at 3 PM and that all appointments from 3 PM to 6 PM had to be rescheduled. This is extremely frustrating. If the technicians leave at 3 PM, why are appointments still being scheduled later in the day? It makes no sense and it wastes people’s time. This does not feel like a professional corporation. It feels like a small, disorganized shop. Very poor service and a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. I would not recommend this place. Do not waste your time here.

Hands down the BEST place to get tires in Savannah. Not even because of the great prices, hands down because of the amazing service. I recently had tires put on my vehicle at another local shop and somehow tires equated to my car being left filled with grease and a 5 and 1/2 hour wait. Came to Sam's Club for my daughter's vehicle, we were first greeted with extremely friendly employees, the price was the lowest quote I've had in Savannah, they finished the car before we were done eating our pizza so then the technician brought me my keys so I wouldn't have to rush my children. It's rare to experience service that great in the automotive world here, and the above and beyond they gave has made a now loyal customer.

Poor experience. I ordered tires online. Still had not heard from the store three weeks later so I called to see the status. They told me my order was present at the store. I was never alerted. I waited at the desk for about 20 minutes eventually having to walk to the back to ask about my car. I waited 2.5 hours for a set of tires to be changed. I was also charged $100 more than my online quote so I had to wait another 20 minutes (although Naderia who helped was very nice) to get that addressed. I will not be returning the next time I need tires.

My days of using Sam's Tire Center have come to an end. My vehicle went from riding smoothly to shaking badly after Sam's installed two new front tires. Plus, the installation crew left grease smeared all over the rims. Whoever installed the tires either has no training, doesn't care, or both. Oh, and don't bother scanning the QR code for service at the Tire Center desk--nobody on the crew has the app or cares to respond. Even when two employees were present at the desk, they spent a good five minutes discussing how to work their time cards for a lunch break before acknowledging my presence at the desk.
