Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Update 12/8/2025: Josh Chance from Sam’s club did a phenomenal job helping us through the incident. We received a full recovery and of damages thanks to his persistent help. Horrible appointment on Friday 10/24/2025. My wife spent three hours here, and then they sent here on here way with only 18 of her 20 lug nuts attached to the car. The techs snapped a stud off and stripped another. They damaged every one of the wheels on this by allowing the socket on the impact to make contact with the wheel. What should have been a simple tire change will now turn into a trip to the dealership for repairs and battle to get our money back from this place. Absolutely infuriating.

I made a appointment , showed up early was told it would take between 1/2 hour to an hour. The person behind me was a walk-up no appointment she pick up her car a half hour ago. It has been over two hours and I am still waiting. I have frozen food thawing. Why does it take longer when you have a appointment than when you just walk-up. Verry disappointed with the service!

The Tire and Battery part of Sam's club is very poorly organized they weren't even able to remove the lug nuts on my wife's Volkswagen jetta, how can you not be able to remove lug nuts on 1 of the smallest cars there is. Everytime I go to get tires they have 1 counter person and one technician you need more than that if you want to be a successful business cmon man get with it!!!

To start a tire install shouldn't take an hour and a half. Second the tires should not be 15# under on psi and third they should not put hammer on wheel weights on the outside of nice wheels.... Maybe next time they should just let me do it myself so I know it's done right

Employees were unable to order correct tires twice when i showed them the exact tire on their web site that i wanted. They told me they would talk to a manager about free install for my trouble. It's been a week and no call. Needless to say, I am going to another shop.
