THE WORST SERVICD IVE EXPERIENCED! I have been coming here for years but this by far rubbed me the wrong way. I bought 4 new tires, which everyone there was more than helpful besides one person. His name tag said Austin but he has such a sour attitude towards me. When I was deciding what I should purchase he kept sighing at me and giving me very rude expressions. It wasn't professional at all. It go to the point the other people there said dont worry hes just tired. Well I dont think so. So rude and honestly im not coming here anymore

Bobby was really great and very professional and also Christian. He was nice person to change my Honda CRV tire right away like just 20 minutes. I really appreciate it. Very was friendly. Thanks, Sam’s Club. Thanks, Bobby and Christian.

I came here last week to try to put new tires on my car ( I came by myself) - I showed the young man a picture of the brand of tire I wanted and my price range - they didn't have the tire in stock so he recommended me a different brand, price, etc. So I accepted - He asked me what type of car I had, I told him, and I payed for the tires. They took my car back right away and an hour and a half later I got a phone call "We have a problem with your tires, can you come back". Long story short they had all 4 of my tires off before they even realized that they sold me the WRONG SIZE TIRES - then blamed it on me saying that I came in with a picture (Which they didn't even sell me the tires I showed them originally). Had 4 new tires placed on Tuesday. On my way to work today (Friday) I almost died when my tire almost fell off. Thankfully I was able to find someone help me get it on correctly and tighten up lug nuts. How can a tire place not know to tighten the lug nuts!!!

Please don’t buy your tires here I brought my truck k to get tires. Then I realized it was missing the tire pressure top and that they didn’t do balance on them. So I brought it in again to get it balanced and they still didn’t to it. So I brought it a 3rd time and they told me to wait 45-1 hour and I waited over 2 hours. Bad service please don’t come here😡😡😡
