Sam's Club Tire & Battery

These guys are outstanding. Very professional team here at Sam’s in the auto section. I was very pleased tha after I paid for my tires they could install it in about an hour which was awesome. The guys back there are a great crew. Will definitely be back for tires again.

Have had various visits to the Winterville Sam’s Tire and Battery Center. I must say that Brandon and Wayne are very detail oriented technicians there. Malinda also took good care of me at the desk. They have the patience of listening to my requests and suggestions when installing tires. Brandon always makes sure my car is lifted in a correct manner and that the wheels do not get scratched when removing/installing tires by making sure the use a plastic cover over the pry bar. Will definitively have them work on my car at a future time as they have gained my trust and provided visibility and transparency to their installation process.

Dee was incredibly helpful and kind! When I was concerned I wouldn't be able to make it back after work before closing, Dee went out of her way to make sure I wouldn't have to wait until the following day to pick up my car. This was so so helpful and made my day 100x easier. I don't know a dang thing about tires, so having everything run by me, double checked, and explained put me at ease - between that and the friendly personable service, I felt assured that my car was in good hands. Thank y'all so much for the wonderful service and for going out of your way to help me out when I was in a bind - and for the new tires too! :)

The tire department sucks. Twice we had to make appointment for four new tires that my husband purchased from SAM'S CLUB. FIRST TIME HE took the car there. The mechanic said the bolts were frozen and they couldnt remove the tires. So my husband took the car home a easily removed to bolts, he used a four way and greased all bolts. Made another appointment the SAMETHING was said. But this time we brought the 4 way with the car. Needless to say THE Machanics DIDNT WANT TO DO THE JOB that THEY ARE PAID FOR. Never again and WE DONT RECOMMEND THEM. BY THE WAY WE ARE GETTING REFUND ON THE TIRES AND PURCHASING ELSE WHERE. Business with SAMS CLUB IS DONE. GO ELSE WHERE WHILE YOU CAN. YOUR TIME IS MORE WORTH IT THEN THEIRS

Why would you ever purchase tires or other auto accessories from Sam's? They may have a decent price, but they never answer the phone. How would you ever get roadside assistance or a tire repaired? How would you make an appointment for service. The store is OKAY for general merchandise but the Auto department is non-responsive.
