Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I haven't had issues in the past but unfortunately when I went there I was told that I would be able to do a walk-in. When I got there I was told that the lady at the counter was supposedly told to not take any more walkins in the morning, that they already turned away Three people and I called ahead of time to make sure although I accidentally called the white bear location but clarified I wanted to go to Woodbury it was closer Sam's to me and they called ahead of time to that location since white bear was packed and to make sure that it was worth driving, I was told it was good to go I could get squeezed in but it ended up being a waste of time and I got turned away by the lady at the front desk in Woodbury and told her I had specifically spoke with someone and was made assured I would

Please learn from my ordeal. I have been a Sam's Club member since 2009, the year my first daughter was born. I have remained a loyal member not out of obligation but because I genuinely appreciate the business model. Until December 31, 2024, I have always had positive experiences at the stores. However, on December 31, I encountered a troubling incident with one of your store managers, Curtis. He examined my receipt and stated, "A wheel bolt does not cost this much, and I am not going to pay." He was unprofessional and did not consider my explanation. My vehicle was damaged during a tire rotation. It was towed to a nearby shop by order of the Woodbury story manager on December 22, 2024, at 4:00 PM, and I felt neglected throughout this ordeal. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I came in for a tire repair, and the customer service was unacceptable. The staff was unprofessional, and one employee in particular — a man with a long beard — was especially rude and unhelpful. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on the way I was treated.

Great service, very polite staff, and were gery quick with the installation. I would get my tires here again

Only use them if you go in person. Don't even waste your time trying to get a hold of the tire center over the phone. They won't answer and the central line is unable to assist if you need to alter any scheduling
