Good prices. Quick service. Friendly staff.

They talk down to women coming in to get work done on their vehicles. They flat out lie about how things on a car operate. They don't abide by vehicle manufacture specifications. They don't always check out complaints. Had a leaking tire that they couldn't find the leak on took the tire off and there was a split in the sidewall that they said they never saw. Don't trust them with your vehicles or your money.

Ordered tires on the Sam’s Club app and scheduled an install. Tires were shown to be in stock. Within an hour the order and install were cancelled. Called the tire center and they did not have an order from me. Will shop elsewhere.

This store can't put tires on EV cars so this is one perk of my membership I can't use.

The service is good but the manager Michael has zero customer service skills! He has a very poor attitude and is very rude!
